WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a local contract nursing job in Edison, New Jersey.

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Emergency Room Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Edison, NJ.

Job Function:

\n

• Night Shift.
\n
• 3x12: 7pm - 7:30am.
\n

• Manage the care of adult and/or pediatric patients facing life-threatening conditions requiring complex assessment and high-intensity interventions.

  \n
\n

• Provide emotional support, education, and comfort to patients and their families throughout the emergency room experience.

  \n
\n

• Communicate closely with the healthcare team and independently identify the need for early intervention.

  \n
\n

• Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic procedures.

  \n
\n

• Perform critical procedures including IV insertion, intubation, medication administration, and blood draws.

  \n
\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).

  \n
\n

• Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.

  \n
\n

• Minimum of 18 months of Emergency Room RN experience is required.

  \n
\n

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from the American Heart Association are required.

  \n
\n

• Strong experience with stroke, sepsis, and STEMI patients is required.

  \n
\n
