WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a local contract nursing job in Manchester, Connecticut.

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Emergency Room Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Manchester, CT.

Job Function:

\n

• Night Shift.
\n
• 3x12: 7pm - 7am.
\n

• Manage care for adult and pediatric patients with life-threatening conditions.

  \n
\n

• Provide support, education, and comfort to patients and families.

  \n
\n

• Communicate closely with the healthcare team and recognize when early intervention is needed.

  \n
\n

• Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic procedures.

  \n
\n

• Perform procedures such as IV insertion, intubation, medication administration, and blood draws.

  \n
\n

\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
\n
• Current RN license in the state of Connecticut.
\n
• 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required.
\n
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from the American Heart Association required.
\n
