Requirements PhD or MS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Fire Protection Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent report writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective listening, presentation, and technical communication abilities. Leadership desire and willingness to support practice growth within a fast-growing firm.
