LaSalle Network is hiring a Manufacturing Manager for a high-growth production facility in Solon, Ohio. This is a new role created to support a major operational expansion.
Manufacturing Manager Responsibilities - Provide daily direction across operations, from material flow to quality oversight
- Train, mentor, and inspire production teams in a non-union environment
- Drive proactive problem-solving and hands-on leadership on the floor
- Support purchasing, inventory control, and process enhancements
- Partner with peers and leadership across other locations to ensure alignment
- Create structure and scale during a major expansion phase
Manufacturing Manager Requirements - 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and solve problems quickly
- Effective in fast-paced, decentralized organizations
- Background in materials, purchasing, or production planning is a plus
- Confident communicator and change agent
- Engineering degree (preferably Industrial) is a plus
