The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant for a prominent client of ours. This position is remote (working EST/CST hours). Details for the position are as follows:

Marketing Assistant (Remote – East/Central Hours)
Location: Remote (must work East Coast/Central hours – position can be located anywhere within the continental U.S.)
Duration: 6 months – 1 year
Pay: $28.91/HR W2
Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to assist our client’s marketing team with campaign execution, proofing, tracking, and materials management. This role plays a key part in ensuring quality control across marketing initiatives while enabling the broader team to focus on strategic planning and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Project Management

• Support marketing program execution with a focus on project management and validation.
• Track creative and legal feedback in Cosmos for client's latforms.
• Proofread all creative assets for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Validate audience selections and test setups.
• Conduct live email testing, checking links and reviewing Litmus proofs.

Campaign Reporting & Analysis

• Compile and summarize email metrics and campaign results.
• Identify trends and prepare summaries for dissemination to marketing teams.

Statement Marketing & Content Support

• Proof statement matrices for version accuracy.
• Review and validate creative elements for accuracy and alignment.

In-Store Materials Management

• Attend card inventory calls.
• Track inventory for all program elements and update documentation as needed.

Cross-Team Support

• Support the client's Marketing Team with weekly status agendas and internal communications.
• Provide proofreading assistance and manage additional ad hoc projects for client as needed.

Required Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within credit or retail industries.
• Minimum HSD/GED required (5 years experience), Bachelors preferred.

Top Skills

• Experience with Campaign Management tools , preferably Cosmos or Workfront .
