JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Department of Marketing in the Smeal College of Business is seeking undergraduate research assistants to support a phone-based customer feedback project. Research assistants will collaborate with graduate students and faculty researchers. Telephones will be provided.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone surveys with customers
- Record notes after each call
- Work either in an assigned office or remotely from a quiet location with a stable internet/phone connection
Qualifications:
- Strong English speaker
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks under pressure
- Adaptability to different situations
- Commitment to confidentiality
