We are a small, independent pediatric practice with 4 dedicated providers and 3 independent psychologists, committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to children and families. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable  Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer multi-line phones and assist callers with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using  Medent EMR
• Check patients in and out, verifying and updating patient information
• Collect copayments and outstanding balances at the time of service
• Communicate effectively with providers, staff, and families
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a  pediatric medical office is  strongly preferred
• Familiarity with  Medent EMR is  highly desired
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and a positive team player
