Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for 25 bed, multi-specialty medical clinic and rehabilitation center located in beautiful, rural Craig, CO..'... provide L4 ED care , inpatient care, diagnostic imaging, surgery, laboratory, special care unit, cardiopulmonary, oncology and chemotherapy services and more . SHIFT : Practice Model : Family Practice – all ages. Would work with Family Practice team of three physicians. Clinic has other specialties including Pediatrics, General Surgery, Dermatology, Orthopedics and Pain Management. Schedule: 4 days/week (10 hour days). Clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8-5. Closed weekends and holidays. BLS, DEA, CO License required.
