Job Description

Our client, a multinational pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technologies corporation, is actively looking for an Organizational Change Manager to join their team in Raritan, NJ! This role is onsite hybrid 3 days a week so local candidates are required.

***This is an ongoing contract position with the opportunity for long-term extension***

This Organizational Change Manager will be a part of the company's End User Services Digital Workplace Practice and will work to deliver end-to-end change experiences to maximize the impact of technology across the organization. This person will be the architect of change journeys that help employees understand, embrace, and adopt new digital tools and ways of working! Additionally, this person will translate business & technical requirements into human-centered change strategies that are measurable, scalable, and emotionally resonant.

Responsibilities

  • Design Behavioral Change Journeys: Develop structured, phased journeys that guide users through awareness, understanding, trial, and adoption of new tools or processes.
  • Craft Communication Mechanics: Define message architecture, tone, and sequencing across multiple channels (email, Teams, in-app, SMS) to drive engagement and action.
  • Enable Learning & Readiness: Collaborate with learning specialists to design training paths (live, on-demand, microlearning) aligned to user roles and skill gaps.
  • Partner with Technology Teams: Understand the technical solution being introduced and translate its capabilities into clear, actionable user behaviors.
  • Measure and Iterate: Define KPIs, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to ensure adoption goals are met and sustained.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience designing and delivering organizational change programs in a digital or technology context (ideally within a global or enterprise organization).
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft 365, CoPilot, WhatFix, SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and analytics dashboards.
  • Exposure or experience working with AI in some capacity.
  • Deep understanding of behavioral science, communication strategy, and adult learning principles.
  • Strong collaboration skills with UX, product, and technical teams.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Familiarity with change frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR is a plus.
