Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, highly organized, and experienced Organizational Development Consultant to provide a range of expert consultation services and custom solutions in the areas of strategic workforce planning and talent management, talent development, change management, culture building and employee engagement. This position will be responsible for the design, support, and management of ACE’s enterprise talent management processes including Succession Planning, Talent Assessment, Performance Management, and will assist with organizational problem solving through change management initiatives, organizational design and employee engagement. This position may also be assigned to lead emerging leaders programs and other cohort style talent development initiatives. Primary Responsibilities include supporting talent development for all areas of the organization in partnership with ET&D and Business leaders to build a successful talent pipeline for ACE leadership positions; project-managing OD initiatives by developing work plans, communicating progress, soliciting and incorporating feedback, and ensuring alignment for successful delivery; program managing emerging leaders programs and other cohort style talent development initiatives; measuring the effectiveness of Talent Development programs, systems, tools and procedures and recommending improvements; providing consultation and support for the high potential program; working closely with ET&D and HR colleagues to build technology solutions; producing program materials; tracking, analyzing, compiling and managing reporting data and forecasting; managing ongoing process and program evaluation; acting as a change agent to help bring the workforce to the desired future state; supporting the design and evolution of the organization’s operating model; designing, developing and implementing a variety of OD solutions aligned with HR and business strategies; developing methods for measuring effectiveness of all programs; using research, reporting and analytics tools to drive strategic conversations and identify opportunities; applying project management skills to facilitate complex work; and other duties as assigned. Frequent travel for up to two weeks at a time is required. Qualifications include a B.A. in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training or Communication or equivalent experience; 4-6 years related experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development or HR Business Partner experience; excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects; ability to work independently and collaboratively; initiative, good judgment, flexibility, discretion, and decision making; proven leadership and collaboration skills; experience recruiting and managing volunteers; comfort with public speaking and executive presentations; commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; excellent Microsoft Office skills; 5 years expertise in talent development methods; ability to work with C-suite executives; ability to act as a trusted advisor; advanced facilitation skills; excellent project management skills; knowledge of core organizational development activities; advanced analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
