We’re Looking for a Parent Leave Coach

If you’re passionate about helping new and expecting parents navigate maternity, paternity, and caregiver leave—ensuring a smooth transition both away from and back to work—we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct virtual one-on-one leave-planning consultations to map out timelines, benefits, and legal considerations
  • Build personalized reintegration plans that cover workplace communication, flexible scheduling options, and self-care strategies
  • Educate parents on rights, company policy best practices, and resources for mental-health support during leave
  • Coach managers on how to support transitioning employees, fostering inclusive, family-friendly workplace cultures
  • Host live & on-demand webinars on topics like “Designing a Dignified Return Plan” and “Balancing Career & Caregiving”
  • Provide follow-up support to adjust plans based on changing needs and feedback
  • Document session notes, action items, and next-step roadmaps in your MissPoppins coach portal

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Hold certification or significant experience in HR, career coaching, or family-support services
  • Understand U.S. parental-leave laws, employer-sponsored benefits, and workplace accommodations
  • Are trauma-informed, empathetic, and skilled at navigating sensitive family dynamics
  • Embrace technology and value flexibility as an independent contractor
