Job Description
A hospital in Washington is seeking a skilled Pediatric Hospitalist for a 10-day locum tenens assignment starting on 07/18/2025. This role involves providing 24-hour call coverage for urgent needs, with initial dates from July 18th to 21st (with possible extension to July 22nd) and December 23rd to 29th. Additional dates from September to November are to be determined. The physician will be responsible for rounding in a nursery each morning, attending C-sections and routine deliveries, and covering ER call for pediatric admissions. The position requires comfort with managing newborns, handling occasional pediatric consults, and working in a facility with strong nursing support and 24/7 OB coverage.
