YOUR IMPACT AS A Neapolitan Pizza Chef

As the Pizza Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Kitchen Staff to manage the Pizza Oven in the efficient management of kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with the head chef prepping all is necessary to the Pizza Line and what else is in need to run the Service that cater to customer preferences and dietary requirements. You will supervise and coordinate food preparation and presentation to guarantee consistency and adherence to our high-quality standards.

Additionally, you will contribute to the training and development of kitchen staff, ensuring that they follow proper food handling protocols and safety measures. Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and upholding a clean and organize the line will also be crucial aspects of your day-to-day tasks. Furthermore, your flexibility will be showcased as you assist in catering events and special functions when needed.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Your typical schedule will consist of 8-hour shifts Monday - Saturday with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Two full days and One 1/2 day OFF x Week

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in Pizza Making
• Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices
• Proficiency in food handling and preparation techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ability to follow recipes for consistency in every dish
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

Experience working in a dietary department or catering setting is preferred but not required.
