Job Description Pre-requisites for Position (Qualifications Standards): Education and experience sufficient for the rigors of the position. Examples may include: Associate’s Degree or two-year college certificate, vocational school or technical program beyond high school, business college or similar training efforts and 1-year related work experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 2 years related work experience. Or equivalent education and experience that will provide the necessary knowledge, skill, and abilities to perform the functions of the position. Special Skills or abilities directly applicable to the position include knowledge of standard administrative and business methods and procedures; proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Ability to: read, write, speak, and understand English well; operate various office equipment; proficient in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email; multi-task; meet deadlines; possess strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) or Conversational Language Abilities Preferred. Position anticipated to close on September 5, 2025, or until filled. Minimum Qualifications & Essential Duties: This position is responsible for administering Pearson VUE, CLEP, and other online tests for registered students, ensuring testing security and adherence to rules. Preparing testing rooms. Verifying registered testers via Pearson VUE support services. Maintaining the Pearson VUE candidate logbook and being present during testing sessions. Keeping updated on Pearson VUE client changes. Running daily backups for Pearson VUE and CLEP. Other duties as assigned. Supervision & Conditions: Supervised by Campus Instructional or Student Affairs staff. Successful background check required. Work schedule may include evenings, weekends, and travel within the service area. Work involves sitting, walking, standing, driving, handling objects, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs., and frequent communication. Work performed using a computer and standard office equipment.
