Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Oxford, NC

Pay Rate: $21/hour

What's the Job?

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records.
• Other duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. on an occasional basis.
• Willingness to work night shifts and overtime as required.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
