Innovative Masonry Restoration LLC is seeking a Project Manager located in our FL office. This is a cloud based, remote position. We are a growth-oriented and employee focused specialized commercial contractor. This position is responsible for overall project management for construction projects. Responsible for all phases of construction including but not limited to managing employees, subcontractors, owner relations, quality control, safety, schedule and executing to the project budget.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Proactively monitor plan rooms for bidding opportunities. Work with Office Manager to complete bid packages.

-Proactively contact and meet with Architects, Engineers, and other private parties about bid opportunities

-Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.

-Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design,scheduling, possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems, procedures and work practices.

-Perform takeoffs/estimate and sales proposals.

-Oversee all onsite and offsite construction workers and subcontractors.

-Attends all pre-construction and site mobilization meetings. Ensure the Foreman is executing correctly, proper safety measures are being taken and conditions being noted.

-Generate sales leads by conducting lunch and learns, attending trade shows and conventions, cold calling and searching online plan rooms for projects to bid.

-Contract negotiation.

-Select and issue subcontracts, submittal process and material acquisition.

-Oversee projects, change orders, progress payments, job costing and -manage/hiring work crews. Regular site visits

Experience and Qualifications:

-Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction, with emphasis in project management and estimating for medium to large sized construction projects. -Valid Driver's license with Clear MVR.

-Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field is recommended.
