Overview:

Work Experience:

• Perform a range of activities including part sorting, quality inspection, basic production, and data entry
• Follow detailed work instructions and company policies to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Operate and utilize inspection, measuring, and test equipment as required
• Adapt to different customer sites and inspection needs on a daily basis
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Skills and Experience:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physically active tasks
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer or data entry proficiency is a plus
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection role
• Familiarity with inspection and measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
• Understanding of quality control processes or ISO standards
