We are seeking a strategic thinker with the ability to execute to lead and support the optimization of our customer success processes, systems, and tools, with a focus on streamlining workflows and data analysis. Your responsibilities include: Operational Strategy and Execution: Develop, execute, and monitor strategies for Customer Success & Growth, aligning with the customer journey and advising senior leadership. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs, create reports, analyze data for trends, opportunities, and risks. Segmentation & Capacity Management: Design models for resource allocation, define coverage models, and link activities to revenue outcomes. Workflow Optimization: Improve processes through automation and standardization, develop playbooks for cross-sell/up-sell. Data, Process & Tooling: Maintain core processes, streamline operations using tools like Salesforce, Gong, Vitally, Tableau, and Zapier. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure alignment and a positive customer experience. Required competencies: Strategic thinking and visionary leadership Organization and planning skills Proactivity and innovation Analytical skills with data interpretation Attention to detail Effective communication skills Qualifications: 5+ years in Customer Success or Sales Operations in SaaS Understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), helpdesk (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom), and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Vitally) Knowledge of various CS models Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits: The base salary ranges from $114,400 to $143,000, determined by skills, experience, and education.
