Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in a school environment preferred
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Proficient in various treatment techniques and methodologies

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress through data collection and analysis
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with district policies
• Stay updated on best practices and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology
