Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

A certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials and a valid School SLP license is needed for a part-time contract position supporting an elementary school caseload. This role is located in Eden Prairie, MN, with consideration for candidates residing in nearby zip codes such as 55101, 55121, 55132, and 55147.

Position Details:

• Part-time contract through the current school year (CSY), starting ASAP through June 12, 2025
• Approximately 16 hours per week, typically scheduled as two 8-hour days
• Caseload includes about 20 students in both resource and self-contained settings
• Students present with multiple disabilities, primarily with speech as a secondary disability
• 2-3 students primarily identified with speech-language impairments
• Direct service provision is the main focus, with paperwork and meetings allowed to be completed remotely
• This role is closed to Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and Vocational Occupational Candidates (VOCO) at this time

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of disabilities
• Collaborate with educational staff and participate in necessary meetings to support students' communication goals
• Manage documentation, assessments, and progress tracking efficiently, utilizing remote completion when applicable
• Adjust schedule flexibility to accommodate interviews promptly

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid School SLP licensure
• Experience working with elementary-aged students in school settings
• Comfort working with students with multiple disabilities and varied communication needs
• Ability to commit to part-time hours and adaptable scheduling
