What You Will Do Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate answers in everyday language. Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken). Passionate about helping clients with taxation and committed to delivering excellent customer service through video and audio tools. Excited to interact with customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria. Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
