What You Will Do Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language. Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Passion for helping clients navigate complex tax matters and commitment to excellent customer service via video and audio tools. What You Need Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.
