This strategic role leads governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across the Bank, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and strengthening the control environment.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a security-minded professional who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, regulatory interpretation, and program development.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, and governance frameworks
• Conduct enterprise-wide cybersecurity risk assessments and propose strategic mitigation plans
• Serve as the primary contact for audits and regulatory examinations
• Oversee control testing, remediation tracking, and audit documentation
• Create dashboards and executive-level reports that communicate control performance
• Mentor junior analysts and guide the maturity of the GRC program
• Deliver training sessions and foster a culture of compliance and accountability
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO), regulations (GLBA, FFIEC), and internal controls

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• One or more of the following certifications preferred: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM
• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, internal audit, or regulatory compliance
• Expertise in GRC platforms, risk assessment methodology, and control design
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Self-starter with strong judgment, discretion, and follow-through
• Willingness to support after-hours compliance or incident response needs
