Job Description

The expected pay for Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer $50,400 to $60,500 per year plus commission . HPM Building Supply is looking to hire a Senior Kitchen and Bath Designer in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer shepherds customers through the process of obtaining a custom-designed kitchen/bath, ensuring an experience that wows. This individual has an entrepreneur growth mindset, builds leads, creates compelling designs, nurtures excellent customer relationships, and contributes to the profitability of our 100% employee-owned company. Schedule for the Senior Kitchen and Bath Designer: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with some flexibility on start time Rotating Saturday

NO SUNDAYS!!!

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to mentor, teach, develop, and train level I and II designers. Complete understanding of the application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Full knowledge of industry practices. Previous experience in sales and customer service required. Intermediate computer skills required - Microsoft Office Previous experience in sales, project planning and 2020 design software preferred.
