Job Title: Senior Oracle EPM Developer – TRCS/FCCS

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 12 months (Contract role)

Rate: $90 to $100/hr on W2

Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; Remote Monday and Friday)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Interview Process:

• 1st Round: Zoom with Hiring Manager
• 2nd Round: Zoom with Senior Manager
• Potential 3rd Round: Zoom or Onsite
• Equipment: Will be shipped
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience: 5–10 years

Role Summary:

• The Applications Development Analyst will support a tax-related project utilizing Oracle technologies. The role requires both technical and functional expertise in Oracle EPM applications, particularly in TRCS and FCCS. The analyst will work closely with both the technical department and business stakeholders across controllership and tax.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist in coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining applications.
• Provide technical support and help resolve software issues.
• Monitor support trends and provide insights to improve performance.
• Work with global team members (1 in NY, 2 in India).
• Support ongoing maintenance activities, month-end, and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate with CIS functional teams and various business stakeholders.
• Help implement system and process improvements in a phased approach.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–10 years in the Oracle EPM space.
• Hands-on experience with:
• TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service): administration, workflows, business rules, data management, reporting, SmartView.
• FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service): full functionality as above.
• EPRCS , Essbase .
• Understanding of tax laws and provisioning.
• Technical and functional experience with Oracle applications.
• Ability to work across departments to support both BAU and project work.
