Senior Service Designer / IT Infrastructure / Hybrid / Plano, TX Our client is a VAR with branches across the US and internationally. Based out of Plano, TX, they are looking to hire a Senior Service Designer on a Contract-to-Hire basis. The Senior Service Designer will be a core member of the Services Pursuit team. The Service Designer has a general knowledge of a particular area of Services (Workplace, Data Center, Networking & Unified Communications, or Cross-functional), including delivery methodology, cost drivers, supporting/enabling technologies, etc. The Senior Service Designer is responsible for assessing customer requirements, developing service designs, calculating costs, and handling non-complex pricing for Service solutions. Contract Duration : 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in pricing large, complex IT Infrastructure projects Good understanding of IT Services (Workplace, Data Center, Networking & Unified Communications, or Cross-functional) Good understanding of the IT outsourcing market & competition Commercial capability in a business-focused IT environment Desired Skills & Experience Ability to build relationships primarily with internal stakeholders and ISPs Analytical and risk-aware approach Personal flexibility & willingness to travel Managing and minimizing risks to bid deliverables, ensuring customer focus and deliverables What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown Service Design Daily Responsibilities Support the qualification of opportunities and customer requirements against the capabilities of CC Delivery units (ISPs) and the Service Catalogue Support customer-specific campaigns, coordinate marketing support, and ensure Computacenter brand compliance Work closely and collaboratively with the Solution Manager to develop solutions/ designs (technical, operational, commercial) Create costing for developed services across the entire Services area #J-18808-Ljbffr Motion Recruitment Partners LLC
