Pay Rate: $20 – $22 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are currently hiring a dependable and experienced Skid Steer / Mini Excavator Operator for a construction project in Sarasota, FL. This position is ideal for someone with recent hands-on experience operating both machines and who is ready to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate skid steers and mini excavators to perform digging, trenching, grading, and material handling tasks
Assist with job site prep and clean-up as needed
Follow instructions from site supervisors to complete tasks safely and efficiently
Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and report any mechanical issues
Ensure all safety procedures and site regulations are followed at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of recent experience operating both a skid steer and mini excavator
Must have full PPE : hard hat, safety vest, and steel toe boots
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
Punctuality and reliability are a must
