Job Description

Position Summary

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own and elevate our digital voice across all platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, curating, and executing content strategies that amplify our brand, build community, and drive measurable engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including influencers and media outlets, to turn everyday content into scroll-stopping moments.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Scheduling

  • Plan, create, and schedule content (graphics, videos, Reels, Stories, etc.) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other emerging platforms.
  • Design monthly content calendars that align with marketing goals, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Write on-brand captions and call-to-actions that connect with our audience.
  • Work closely to ensure brand visuals and messaging are consistent.

Social Media Management

  • Manage the daily publishing of content across platforms using scheduling tools
  • Monitor performance of posts and stories, optimize based on engagement and analytics.
  • Stay on top of social trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging formats.

Community Engagement

  • Actively engage with followers: reply to comments, DMs, and tagged content in a timely and fun tone.
  • Foster relationships with our community by initiating conversations, reposting UGC, and spotlighting superfans.
  • Manage and grow brand presence in niche communities, forums, and online spaces relevant to our audience.

Influencer & Ambassador Management

  • Source and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and local creators.
  • Coordinate product seeding, track campaign performance, and maintain contracts and deliverables.
  • Organize ambassador collaborations, codes, and social challenges to amplify brand buzz.

Public Relations Support

  • Assist with the creation and distribution of press releases and PR kits for new product launches, events, and milestones.
  • Build relationships with media outlets and coordinate feature opportunities and press mentions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for inbound PR inquiries and manage follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand (bonus points for experience in F&B, lifestyle, or retail).
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, especially with a playful and upbeat tone.
  • Proficient with design tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
  • Experienced in content planning tools and social analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Passion for social media, internet culture, and all things trending.

Skills

  • Photography/videography or TikTok editing skills.
  • Experience with influencer contracts and usage rights.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and basic PR workflows.
