We're looking for someone to design and maintain the voice of the Manus brand across socials. You'll be the creative force behind our digital presence, working directly with our product and growth leaders to shape and share our story.

Manus is a fast-growing AI application startup headquartered in Singapore with a growing presence in San Francisco. We're building the general AI agent that helps people accomplish all kinds of tasks.
In our first three months since launch, we've grown to hundreds of thousands of followers and millions of users while spending $0 on marketing.
Now it's time to take our storytelling to the next level - that's where you come in.
What You Do:
Generally you are the designer and voice of our brand across all social platforms (X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok & Instagram etc.). You're the creative force behind our digital presence, working directly with our product and growth teams to shape and share our story. This includes activities like:
STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: You will develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with our business goals and brand identity. You're constantly thinking about the next viral trend while ensuring everything we put out maintains our unique voice.
CONTENT CREATION & CURATION: You have an eye for what works across different platforms. For example, you know what kills on TikTok or what might flop on LinkedIn. You're a true digital renaissance person who can transform complex ideas into scroll-stopping content.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT: You're crafting experiences that resonate with our audience and drive authentic community engagement. Relationships are what you care about, not just follower counts. You engage with our community, manage conversations, and turn casual followers into brand advocates.
DATA ANALYSIS & OPTIMIZATION: You will monitor performance metrics across platforms, identify trends, and continuously refine our approach based on what the data tells you. You can translate engagement rates and impression numbers into actionable insights.
What We Look For:
You speak English and Chinese and you've been managing social accounts that actually get engagement for over 3 years. Let us know if you've built your own personal brand somewhere online.
You are an expert in at least one of these three areas — writing, image design, or video creation — and you have a strong instinct for the other two types of content. Even if you can write copy that makes people stop scrolling, you still need to have an eye for visuals that pop and an understanding of what kinds of videos keep viewers watching.
You bring both a branding and growth perspective. You know how to craft a brand story that resonates while also thinking about how it converts. You balance long-term vision with short-term performance, making sure every piece of content serves a purpose.
Do you need to be a master of every platform? Have millions of followers? Nah... but we are looking for someone who's comfortable wearing multiple hats, who's constantly learning and adapting as platforms evolve.
Most importantly, you understand the power of authentic engagement, and you're excited about the challenge of growing a brand's presence in an increasingly noisy digital landscape. You're self-motivated, resilient when a campaign doesn't perform as expected, and always ready with fresh ideas for the next one.
This role can be performed remotely or in our Singapore or San Francisco office.
