They self-perform select scopes and operate with full in-house design capabilities — giving their superintendents direct access to decision-makers and project architects throughout every stage of delivery.

The Opportunity

As a Superintendent , you’ll take charge of on-site operations, managing daily field activity and coordinating subcontractors, safety, and schedule. Projects may include design-build construction for military, medical, or other mission-critical clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all field operations on assigned job sites
• Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and material deliveries
• Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures
• Maintain daily logs and project reporting
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on vertical commercial or federal projects
• Previous experience on design-build or government-funded jobs is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills with project managers, architects, and field teams
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR required; EM 385 and STS certifications preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction management platforms like Procore or Primavera
