Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tile Installer who can install tile for showers, tub surrounds, floors, backsplashes, and other residential applications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional with clients, and able to deliver high-quality work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Install tile for kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and custom projects
Perform layout, cutting, leveling, waterproofing, and grouting
Install backerboard, Schluter systems, and related materials
Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized jobsite
Communicate professionally with homeowners, coworkers, and management
Troubleshoot and resolve jobsite challenges with minimal supervision
