Exciting RN Med Surg Psych Travel Opportunity in Beautiful Rochester, NY!

This is a travel nurse position. Only candidates residing 50 or more miles from Rochester, NY will be considered for this position.

• Contract: 17-week travel contract (September 15, 2025 - January 10, 2026) , with the possibility of extension.

What You’ll Be Doing: Join a one-of-a-kind Med/Surg Psych Unit that is unlike any other in the country! This adult medical/surgical unit caters to patients with active co-morbid psychiatric and/or behavioral issues, offering you a diverse and rewarding work environment. Your ability to care for a varied patient population in a fast-paced, evolving setting will make every day different and meaningful. If you have acute care experience and a passion for mental health , this is your opportunity to help us grow as we expand our services and make a difference.
As a member of this specialized unit, you'll have the chance to earn dual-certification in both medical/surgical and psychiatric nursing , setting you apart as a highly skilled, multi-faceted nurse.

What We’re Looking For:

• RN License (NY ONLY)
• Psychology experience is required
• Experience with telemetry is a plus!
• Certifications: BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA)
