About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Student Life to lead the transformation and growth of the student experience. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a focus on leadership development, student well-being, and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in aligning student initiatives with the company's global expansion and driving cultural and organizational change. The VP will be responsible for all aspects of student life, including student activities, recreation, athletics, residence life, health services, and counseling. They will also be tasked with managing a large team and a significant operating budget, and must be adept at managing change and developing talent. Candidates for the Vice President of Student Life position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in a student life environment, with at least 5 years' in a senior management role. The role requires an energetic and collaborative leader who can build and maintain effective relationships with diverse constituents. A Master's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Doctoral degree strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting student needs and be capable of building a world-class student experience that meets the needs of a diverse learner population.
