About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced VP of Quality Assurance to spearhead our global quality management system for medical and pharmaceutical products. You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with key regulations and standards while fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a postgraduate degree in regulatory affairs or a commercial discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in multi-national pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors, with a proven history of FDA approvals and successful CE submissions.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and cross-functional cooperation.
• Exceptional communication abilities to build relationships with regulatory bodies and promote ethical quality activities.
• A deep knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and a commitment to advancing the company’s mission of enhancing patient outcomes.

This role is crucial for maximizing timely product approvals and managing global regulatory practices. The company values collaboration and quality, and your leadership will help drive these initiatives forward. This is a hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work each week.
