About the Role (W2 Contract)

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support a leading pharmaceutical distribution center. This role focuses on GMP services , including relabeling, repacking, inspections, and serialization of medical products.

You’ll work part of your shift in a refrigerated environment (24&degree;F) — PPE is provided — and rotate between cooler and general warehouse areas.

Primary Duties

• Perform GMP services such as relabeling, repacking, inspections, and aggregated serialization.
• Work in a cold storage environment (24&degree;F) for part of the shift.
• Use RF scanners and assist with palletizing shipments.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, bend, and lift as required throughout the shift.
• Operate Klever cutters and tape guns safely.
• Perform independent tasks within a team environment.

General Warehouse Responsibilities

• Cooler Prep: Place gel packs, bubble bags, and shippers for refrigerated shipments.
• Cardboard Disposal: Collect and recycle corrugated boxes.
• Warehouse Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness per FDA and safety standards.
• Void Fill: Use air pillows to secure products before sealing cartons.
• Line Offload: Move sealed cartons to proper shipping pallets.
• Box Erector / Box Making: Keep box erector stocked with cartons.
• Order Fulfillment: Assist with picking and packing orders as needed.
• Other Duties: Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned.

Work Environment

• Temperature-controlled facility (cooler at 24&degree;F).
• Standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to [insert lbs] required.
• Fast-paced, team-based warehouse environment.

Schedule & Attendance

• Shift assigned prior to start.
• Regular attendance and punctuality required.

• T-shirt, jeans, or sweatpants with comfortable shoes.
• No tank tops, shorts, yoga pants, or leggings.

Additional Requirements

• Must sign in/out daily and display badge while on site.
• No cell phones on the warehouse floor.
• Must complete daily health and temperature screenings.
• Must follow all safety, hygiene, and social distancing protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse, production, or GMP experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to [insert lbs] and work in cold environments.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
