As a WordPress Developer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of a high-performing, user-friendly website that drives business growth. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience as a WordPress Developer, preferably in fast-paced or growth-stage environments. Proven ability to design and implement responsive, visually compelling, and user-friendly web experiences. Strong expertise in WordPress development, including theme customization, plugin management, and site optimization. Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, with strong design sensibilities. Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite for mockups and visual design. Solid understanding of SEO principles and their application within WordPress. Experience integrating third-party tools and marketing platforms to extend site functionality. Strong collaboration and project management skills to balance creative vision with technical execution.
