Logan Contractors Supply, Inc. is a family-owned business that specializes in the construction supply industry. We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and keep our office operations running smoothly.

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day operations by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
• Greet visitors and provide general support to staff
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Book hotel rooms for guests and order lunches for management
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Mail daily invoices and process MSOs weekly
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Support other departments as needed
• Distribute mail to staff; handle outgoing mail and deliver to the post office daily
• Certifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
