Our client is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to support their manufacturing operations in Rockford, TN. Perform semi-complex assembly tasks within your area of specialization.
Follow documented processes, procedures, and instructions to ensure quality and consistency.
Identify and resolve routine manufacturing issues that arise during production.
Utilize advanced skills such as soldering, testing, and rework to meet product standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain safety, efficiency, and production goals.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3–5 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to perform precision assembly work and follow safety protocols.
Specialized skill training or certification (e.g., soldering) preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
