Experience in business operations, strategic planning, or related roles within technology or trust and safety contexts. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Experience in resourcing management. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong communication skills for collaboration with senior stakeholders at Google. About The Job As a Business Operations and Planning Lead, you will provide strategic leadership for key workstreams, supporting Trust and Safety's mission. You will drive operational excellence, deliver business insights, and align with Google's global commitment to positive user experiences. The US base salary range for this full-time role is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay depends on skills, experience, and education. More details will be shared during the hiring process. Responsibilities: Partner with analytics to develop and refine KPIs relevant to Trust and Safety. Create reports to inform strategic decisions for Trust and Safety leadership. Implement and manage OKRs aligned with Trust and Safety priorities. Serve as the main contact for resourcing needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
