About The Job As a Business Operations and Planning Lead, you will provide strategic leadership for key workstreams, supporting Trust and Safety's mission. You will drive operational excellence, deliver business insights, and align with Google's global commitment to positive user experiences. The US base salary range for this full-time role is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay depends on skills, experience, and education. More details will be shared during the hiring process. Responsibilities: Partner with analytics to develop and refine KPIs relevant to Trust and Safety. Create reports to inform strategic decisions for Trust and Safety leadership.
