Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer on the Jersey Shore is seeking to add a Controller to their team. This Controller upon successful completion of Co goals has the opportunity to progress to CFO in years to come. This person will be responsible for managing a small team yet hands-on.

The ideal person will have expertise with the following:
- Financial Statement Prep
- Month End, Year End Accounting
- KPI's, Variance Analysis, COGS, Cost Accounting, etc
- Process improvement expertise
- Financial Modeling, being able to present financial to the executives
- Manufacturing or public accounting with manufactruing clients

Requirements
Bachelors Degree
MBA or CPA
Manufacturing Expertise
Management Expertise
Large ERP expertise - IQMS - Oracle huge plus

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
