BILINGUAL – JAPANESE & ENGLISH
Excellent learning and long-term growth opportunity for the right person. This is a newly created position for Nikka Home Remodeling USA, the US subsidiary of Nikka Home, Japan’s leading home remodeling company.
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to work in the USA.
• Possess native level English verbal and written skills.
• Speak and understand conversational Japanese or Spanish.
• Have basic math ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Be computer literate and have familiarity with common software (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent reading comprehension with the ability to understand written instructions, reference material, policies and procedures.
• Must be highly adaptable with the ability to multi-task and change gears quickly.
• Reliable with a pleasant personality, presentable appearance and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp and lift items up to 70 pounds.
• 1+ years customer service experience
• Driver's License (Required)
