*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including personal injury, education and civil rights. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex legal issues effectively. The Litigation Attorney will represent clients in court, manage case files, and provide legal advice while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

*Responsibilities*

* Represent clients in litigation matters, including trials, hearings, and mediations.
* Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis to support case strategies.
* Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
* Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
* Maintain organized case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
* Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff within the law office to provide comprehensive legal services.
* Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact cases, including tribal law regulations and securities law.

*Skills*

* Strong knowledge of personal injury law, and civil litigation, and tribal law regulations.
* Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw.
* Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing case files.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and courtroom representation.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
