Join a fast-growing, innovative supplier in the automotive stud welding industry. We’re seeking motivated, experienced Technical Sales Managers to manage OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 accounts across Ohio, Michigan, and Tennessee. The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth in the automotive stud welding industry by developing new business, managing key accounts, and optimizing the sales process. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong technical sales background, excellent relationship management skills, and a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Development and expansion of the assigned sales territory
  • Become an IVOSTUD brand ambassador by establishing representation and recognition of the company in the sales region.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline ($ value) with high-potential opportunities.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person sales calls, ensuring both meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Send a high volume of quotes and ensure follow-ups to maximize conversions.
  • Manage customer relationships, providing tailored solutions and support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospects.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the automotive sector.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of sales activity, opportunities, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth post-sales support.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally

  • 3+ years of industrial or automotive Technical sales experience, preferably with a special focus on the automotive sector or in the field of welding technology.
  • Knowledge of stud welding equipment and applications is a strong plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to track and analyze sales performance using Excel, and dashboards.
  • German or Spanish speaking is plus
